My Personal Opinion about the book:

I was looking for a good yoga book to start practicing yoga daily. I find this book really useful. Each and every topic is covered completely and not at all complicated to understand. Starting from basics, everything is explained in a very simple manner. I totally love the book. My favorite parts of the book are Suryanamaskar and Midlife as I am 30 now. After reading this book, I am really eager to read Payal's another book - From XL to XS soon.

If you want to understand the complex things like chakra, kriya, yoga in a very easy way, this book could be really helpful for you. Though the second part is exclusively for women, the first part is common for everyone.

The price is also not expensive. The MRP is 250 INR. You can buy the book in discounted rates from Flipkart, Amazon and other online shopping sites.
