Paneer Vada Recipe - How to make Paneer Vadai for kids:If you are a mom who uses Paneer regularly, you will end up in having left-over paneer all the time. I always make Homemade Paneer. As we do not use any preservatives while making paneer at home, the shelf life is very less when compared to store bought one. So, it is good to finish the homemade paneer as soon as possible.
Mostly all of us make paneer at home for making gravies based on Paneer. the left-over paneer can be used to make Bread Paneer Roll, Veg Paneer Fried Rice, Paneer Kofta, Paneer Dosa, Paneer Wrap and a many more paneer recipes.
Here is one such recipe that uses crumbled Paneer. If you do not get thick Paneer when you make it on your own, you can make this Paneer vadai.

2. Add water little by little and make it to a vadai dough consistency. Adjust salt and red chilli powder if required.
Take a small lemon size dough and press it gently to make a vada shape dough. Do this for the whole dough.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Deep fry the paneer vada. Frying 3 paneer vadai at a time is ideal as the vadai gets fried very quickly than normal vada.
Paneer vada is ready to serve.
I am adding this recipe to Healthy Indian After school snacks recipe. It is deep fried recipe. So, it might not be a healthiest one. We are not adding maida or more sugar. All the ingredients are healthy ones. So, it is better in that way. Once in a while, eating deep fried snacks is not a sin:)
