Take already boiled milk and mix the hralth mix powder with it. Mix well till there are no lumps. Add sugar or any natural sweetner. Heat it till the powder is cooked well. Bubbles will start coming. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Add water or milk if required. Donot add too much of water.
