Bikini Body Mommy Challenge 5.0 Day 3 Workout Review - BBM 5.0 Day 3:


I started Bikini Body Mommy Challenge 5.0 2 days back. I have shared the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge 5.0 day 1 workout review and Bikini Body Mommy Challenge 5.0 day 2 review along with my scores on both the days. If you have not read the post yet, read it before reading this post. Yesterday was my BBM 5.0 day 3. Now I am going to share about Bikini Body Mommy Challenge 5.0 Day 3. Before writing about it, let me tell you how I feel today. I did my BBM 5.0 day 4 workout today. My thighs were sore till yesterday night. I feel much better today. So, you might also get relief from such problems day 4. I would not say that I am completely comfortable. But, I feel a lot better than yesterday. Okay, let us move on to BBM 5.0 day 3.

My Bikini Body Mommy Challenge 5.0 Day 3 Review:



My BBM 5.0 Day 3 scores:

Bent Over Row - 43
Static Lunge(Right) - 26
Static Lunge(Left) - 23
Around the Worlds - 20
Squat Pulses - 78
Tricep Dips  - 35
Curtsey Lunges - 33
Elbow Plank - 59 seconds


I was happy with my scores. I did better than the day 1 Elbow Plank and Tricep Dips.  My score on Tricep Dips on Day 1 was 30 and I was able to do 35 on day 3.

On day 1, I did Elbow Plank only for 40 seconds. On day 3, I did for 59 seconds.



Bikini Body Mommy Challenge 5.0 Day 3  Result and Overall Experience:

My thighs were sore on day 3 as well. I was not able to sit down and get up easily. It was difficult to climb up and down the stairs. Today is Day 4 and I feel better.
