Baby corn Masala an unbeatable gravy accompaniment for chapathi, fried rice, briyani and pulao recipes. When you have baby corn in stock and planning to prepare chapathi or any variety rice as main course, you can pick baby corn masala curry recipe without any hesitation. Baby corn masala gravy is too yummy and you can't resist you from eating too much. Even my kid liked the gravy very much. Kasuri methi(Dried Fenugreek leaves) makes it too yummy and gives the restaurant style baby corn masala gravy. I had tried this recipe next day itself after having it in a north indian restaurant. It was too great. I had already posted aloo gobi masala, paneer butter masala and many more restaurant style recipes.

Serving suggestion: Serve baby corn masala gravy as a side dish for chapathi/roti/phulka, plain rice or variety rices like briyani, pulao and fried rice.

Points to note: The baby corn should get cooked in correct consistency. It should be neither too mushy nor too hard to bite. You can skip the cashew and coconut paste to make the baby corn gravy lower in fat. Also, you can add less oil than mentioned for elder people.

Now, let us move on to learn how to make prepare baby corn masala with step by step instructions and pictures.
