- Capsicum - 1/2 capsicum cut into small cubes
- Yougurt(Thick curd) - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp finely chopped
- Salt - As required
To Temper
- Mustard seeds - 3/4 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Green chilli - 1 slit
- Hing - a pinch
- Curry leaves - few
- Oil - 1 tsp
