Deco Window Curtains Review:
Since I was satisfied with the quality and appearance of the curtains, I bought 3 more for my dining room. My hall is in L shape with a living room and dining room. So, I wanted to buy 5 similar curtains to cover all the windows of the hall. Instead of buying 5 at a time, I thought of buying a couple of curtains first and then buying 3 more if satisfied. I was completely satisfied with the first 2 and I sought feedback from my neighbors too for the Deco Window curtains which I had bought. Hence, I went on buying 3 more. I bought them from Snapdeal as Snapdeal had some good offers while buying for the second time.
Price:
The price of a single window curtain is 499 approx. I could see the curtains available in different prices. Compare the online prices and discounts while buying the curtains. You might get be able to get at a lower price if you can spend some time in checking out the prices from different sites.
Availability:
You can buy them from www.decowindow.in or from different online shopping sites like Pepperfry, Snapdeal, and Fabfurnish.
Pros of the curtains:
1. High Quality fabric.
2. This particular curtain does not have printed. The design is achieved by thread work and fabric. Hence, no worries whether the design will fade like printed curtains.
3. High durability.
4. No color fading.
5. Though it is not a typical blackout curtain, it blocks most of the sunlight. So, it is perfect for bedrooms and the rooms which you need privacy. If you use this for your living room, you need to open the curtains to allow the sunlight to come inside.
6. Not at all transparent.
7. Worth the price. I have visited different offline stores too to buy curtains. Curtains of this quality are priced above 1000.
8. Thread and fabric are bright and shining. I have bought 2 curtains for my guest room from another brand at a higher price. But the curtain looks dull in actual and not thick enough. In the day time, the design and color are not at all looking good as it allows all the sunlight to pass through.
9. According to me, a lining is not required. The curtain is so thick.
10. More designs and colors are available.
Cons:
Unlike my other pure cotton curtains, it does not allow the sunlight to completely pass through as it is quite thick. Hence, you need to open the curtain if you are using in your living room. It was not a problem for me as I like to have the windows and curtains open to allow the fresh air to come inside the room at least in the daytime. I used to close them in the evening time as I have glass windows and mosquito problems :) So, I am okay with the curtains for the living room too.
Overall Thoughts:
If you are looking for a curtain which is thick, made of high-quality fabric, good-looking, able to block most of the sunlight, no color fading, non-transparent and available in affordable price, this curtain would be the best option.
