Homemade Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe - How to make Eggless Mayonnaise at home

 Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe - Ingredients:

  • Milk - 125ml
  • Maida/Refined Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Butter - 3/4 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1.5 tbsp
  • Black Pepper powder - 1/8 tsp
  • Mustard powder -1/4 tsp





Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe - Instructions:


1. Switch on the stove. Boil milk in a pan or take boiled milk and pour it in a pan.

2. Add maida/refined flour little by little using one hand and keep stirring with the other hand to make sure that no lumps are formed.

3. Once maida completely mixes with the milk, add sugar, salt and butter. Stir it for 2 more minutes and switch off the stove.






4. Allow the mixture/white sauce to completely cool down to the room temperature.

5. If you do not have mustard and black pepper in powder form, grind it in a mixer without water.

6. Once the mixture cools down, add the mustard powder and black pepper powders and vinegar to the mixture/white sauce. Whisk it briskly to mix all of them well.







7. Keep it in fridge for later use. If you think that the mayonnaise is so thick, add little boiled milk and mix well.
