Easy Macaroni Recipe Veg in Indian style
This recipe is quite easy and you can make a tasty macaroni in just 4 primary steps. Homemade tomato sauce makes it quite healthy.

- Macaroni - 200 g
- Tomato - 1 big
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Garlic flake - 1 peeled and chopped
- Carrot - 3 tbsp thinly sliced
- Capsicum - 2 tbsp thinly sliced
- Onion - 2 tbsp thinly sliced
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp approximately
- Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp finely chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - as required
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Water - As required
- Chop 1 tomato roughly and grind it with little water to make a thin paste.
- Peel a garlic flake and cut into very small pieces.
- Add 1 tsp of oil and saute the garlic pieces.
- Once the garlic becomes golden brown, add the tomato puree.
- Cook for 5 minutes in low flame. Stir occasionally.
- Add 1/4 tsp pepper powder and required salt. Add 1 tsp oregano. Give a quick stir and switch off the stove. Now our homemade tomato sauce for macaroni is ready. Keep it aside.
- Cook macaroni as per the instructions in your pack.
- Meanwhile, you can heat 1 tsp oil in the pan. Add onion, carrot and capsicum slices with required salt and pepper powder. Saute till they are half cooked.
- Once the macaroni is cooked, add it to the vegetables. Add homemade tomato sauce for macaroni in the pan.
- Adjust salt and pepper powder if required.
- Before serving, grate mozzarella cheese as much required on top of the macaroni.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Tasty and easy veg macaroni in Indian style is ready to serve. Serve hot.
