Semiya Upma Recipe - Masala Semiya - How to make Semiya upma:
Masala semiya is a spicy variant of the usual semiya upma(vermicelli upma) we prepare frequently. Just little more effort can give a spicy and tangy twist to the regular semiya upma. Yes. Believe me. It is also a simple recipe but can definitely please your palate. No more guilt of preparing upma for the family. Masala semiya upma is a special dish that can be prepared for breakfast and dinner.
About the taste:
Onion gives crunchiness, tomato makes the semiya upma tangy, carrot gives sweetness and peas does not fail to five its own flavor and taste. Garam masala and red chilli powders add spicyness.
Masala semiya upma tastes well without any side dish. Chutneys can be a great accompaniment for masala semiya. Curd and sugar are also good side dishes.
By the way, hope you have casted your vote today. I am done :)
