Hello friends,
I made the Peanut chutney / Groundnut chutney for the first time yesterday. I remember having the peanut chutney in a hotel and totally dislike it. After learning to make peanut chutney, I understand that the peanut chutney in that hotel did not have the right composition of ingredients. They added so much of peanuts without proportionate onions and it did not taste well. I tried the Peanut chutney yesterday for the first time and it came out very well. My husband and my kid also liked it very much. I served them with gingelly oil for dosa.
