GM Diet Vegetarian - Here is the gm diet vegetarian plan for you to help you to lose weight in 7 days.

Looking at the popularity of my post on my experience with the GM diet, I am sharing you the diet menu from day 1 to day 7. This diet chart for weight loss is purely a vegetarian plan.

GM Diet Vegetarian Plan for 7 days - GM Diet Menu :

GM Diet Indian Veg 7 Days Diet chart

Important: 10 glasses of water every day.

Day 1: 


All fruits except bananas in any quantity. 

Suggestions: Watermelon and Cantaloupe

Day 2:


Any quantity of Fresh or cooked vegetables of your choice without oil, coconut and with little salt. You can have large boiled potato for breakfast.

Day 3:


Fruits and Vegetables. No bananas and potatoes. Any quantity.

Day 4:


8 bananas and 3 glasses of milk. You can include one bowl of vegetable soup.

Day 5: 


Eat 1 cup of rice and 6 tomatoes with 12 glasses of water. 

Day 6:


One cup of rice with fresh or cooked vegetables of any quantity.

Day 7:


1 cup rice, fruit juice and vegetables of your choice.

This is just the information collected from internet. I have used this as my diet menu since I am a vegetarian. You are the best person to decide whether to follow this menu/diet chart for weight loss.

Facts to keep in mind:


1. Being chubby is not a disease. It is normal and based on several factors. Heredity is one of the factors in deciding your weight. You cannot be thin when all your family members and ancestors are chubby. You cannot be fatty when all your family members and ancestors are so thin. You can increase or decrease weight in a moderate amount. Trying to go beyond your levels in improper dieting can lead to several diseases.


2. Be happy if you are physically active. Are you physically active but feeling that you are overweight? Check your BMI. If it is not too much, you do not need to really care about it a lot always. If you are overweight or obese, you cannot be physically well active at all the time.

3. Being thin does not mean that you are beautiful. Being fat does not mean that you are not beautiful. When you are beautiful and happy inside, it will automatically reflect in your face. Nothing is beautiful that a hearty smile which can give you a beautiful look instantly. Try to stay away from the people, things, work which can stress you out.

  4. hii,,,seeing diet plan of 6th and 7th day..:O for the entire day u had only one cup of rice with fruits and vegetables???.. i mean u eat only once a day?!

    1. No friend.. You can eat fruits and vegetables as many times as you want. But you can eat only one cup of rice. I ate fruits and vegetables for breakfast and dinner. For lunch, I had cup of rice with vegetables.

    1. After the diet is over, you can follow your regular diet. You can do the regular things to maintain weight like exercises, reducing oily items, sweets etc.

  13. Hey gud post! But i jus hv a quick question.. I'm on my day 2 n its goin quite gud :) but i'm worried abt de 5th day. Can you hv normal rice or is it necessary to eat only brown rice?

    2. i Wud recommend taking cous cous or sprouts on day 5th n 6th instead of brown rice and on 7th day u can purchase dawat brown rice available at all easy day outlets at 150rs per kg.. and in a cooker it takes 30 min cook. n longer in an open container

    1. Hi Sushmita, I had 100 ml of lemon tea in the morning :-) You can include green tea in your diet. It does not harm. There may be slight variations in the final weight loss. People who follow the diet will certainly lose more weight. I had lemon tea without milk since I also was not able to follow diet so strictly:-)

    can I eat sprouts, red kidney beans, kabuli chana on day 5,6,7. I m on day 5 n jst reduced 3kg, Dont think it is less?
